Gran Cucina apricots are a sweet fruit preserved and in syrup with Nebbiolo wine. The fruit used for these preparations comes from the generous and sunny Roero hills in Piedmont. The apricots are carefully selected and processed by hand according to ancient local traditions in order to keep all their genuine goodness intact.
