The mix for Focaccia by Pizza Paatz allows you to prepare a dough for focaccia in less than two hours and you can enjoy the pleasure of tasting it whenever you want. The ingredients are very few and the procedure is very simple, two qualities that make Pizza Paatz focaccia perfect for an informal dinner to offer to friends even at the last minute. You can stuff your focaccia with cold cuts and cheeses for a more substantial dish or garnish it with cherry tomatoes or olives for a more delicate dish.

Ingredients: blend of selected 100% Italian soft wheat flour type 00, wholemeal flour, potato starch, iodised salt, active dry brewer's yeast, sugar (sucrose)

How to use:

In a bowl pour:
• the mixture contained in the bag (flour, salt, sugar)
• 320 gr / ml of water at room temperature (about 20°C)
• the sachet of yeast
• 3 tablespoons of EVO oil
mix everything and knead it for 5 minutes until you get a soft and smooth dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes in the turned off oven (preheated to 50°C) in the bowl covered with cling film or a cloth. Oil a pan, spread the dough and let it rise for about 60 minutes. Season with oil and coarse salt and cook in a hot oven at 250°C for about 18/20 minutes. Complete the filling with your favorite ingredients
