Wholemeal flour kit with brewer's yeast for making pizzas, focaccias, bread and baked goods.
Ingredients: FLOUR, selected 100% Italian FLOUR mixture of untreated type 00 wholemeal soft wheat, iodised salt, active dry brewer's yeast (saccharomyces-cerivisiae) 1 sachet 7 g, sugar (sucrose).
How to use:
In a bowl pour:
• the mixture contained in the bag (flour, salt, sugar)
• 320 gr / ml of water at room temperature (about 20°C)
• the sachet of yeast
• 3 tablespoons of oil
mix everything and knead it for 5 minutes until you get a soft and smooth dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes in the turned off oven (preheated to 50°C) in the bowl covered with cling film or a cloth. Oil a pan, spread the dough and let it rise for about 60 minutes. Season with oil and coarse salt and cook in a hot oven at 250°C for about 18/20 minutes. Complete the filling with your favorite ingredients.
