The blue salt of Persia is one of the rarest salts that can be found on earth.
This salt has always been sought after and appreciated for its "refined" taste with tones of spices and an accentuated sapidity which, however, is not very persistent on the palate.
It has a high potassium content which helps the body regulate water balance, acidity levels and blood pressure. It goes well with any type of dish, and is exceptional with seafood, meat dishes and preparations with truffles.
