Maccheroni di Pasta di Canossa are produced with 100% Italian semi-whole durum wheat semolina: the wheat is grown and processed in the Tenuta Cuniola in San Martino di Ferrara. The best wheat is selected and processed, production is carried out at km 0, the result is a high quality pasta.
Pasta di Canossa is a rough and porous artisanal pasta, with a consistency that holds up perfectly to cooking, light ochre in color, characteristics of bronze drawing and slow drying (14-22 hours). The particular ridges and design of the shape ensure that the pasta absorbs the sauce perfectly.
Directions for use : Maccheroni is a type of pasta much loved by Italians, with a unique porosity and consistency and the ability to retain great sauces very well, such as the ragù of the Emilian tradition.
