Once the order has been completed, you will receive confirmation of your order at the email address used during the purchase. In case you do not receive the email, check the Junk Mail or Spam folder of your email inbox. For more information contact us.

The order can only be canceled by Consumer customers before shipment. To request cancellation, contact our Customer Service as soon as possible, indicating the details of the order to be cancelled, your name and surname and your telephone number. If the cancellation request arrives when the order is already being shipped, the shipment of the package cannot be interrupted. In this case, the consumer in the presence of the relative conditions, can still make use of the right of withdrawal provided for by the Consumer Code for the stipulation of distance contracts.

The invoice can be requested by sending an email with all the data to amministrazione@nostrale.eu within 24 hours of your purchase.
After this deadline, it will no longer be possible to issue an invoice. For any need, contact customer service.
