Sweet and Sour Apple Dressing 200ml

Apple agrodenso is a 100% natural condiment made with concentrated apple juice and apple must. The recipe for its preparation is the same as for the preparation of a balsamic vinegar: the fruit is cooked and once reduced and thickened, it is "cut" with apple juice.

Suggested Use: This dressing is ideal for dressing salads, finishing risottos, garnishing fruit salads, and ice cream. Excellent with aged cheeses and cured meat carpaccio.

No sugars, colorings or thickeners are added to the recipe.
