These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the purchase, electronically or by telephone, of the products presented on the website www.nostrale.eu, managed by Nostrale with headquarters in Via G. These General Conditions of Sale form an integral and essential part of the purchase contract for any product.
These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission, acceptance, shipment, purchase methods and the right of withdrawal of purchase orders for products on the website www.nostrale.eu between users and the Nostrale company.
However, these General Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by subjects other than Nostrale, which are present on the nostrale.eu website via hyperlinks, links or banners. Before purchasing products and services from parties other than Nostrale, we recommend that you carefully check the conditions of sale, because Nostrale is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties or for the conclusion of contracts between users of Nostrale. eu and third parties. - Information and guarantees on the products on sale
The products for sale on the website www.nostrale.eu are usually in stock at the time of the order. That said, the actual availability of a product is only indicative, depending, among other things, on the number and size of orders placed by customers in the very short term. Orders may therefore be subject to quantity limitations and the products are offered within the limits of actual stock availability. In case of lack of one or more products, it will be promptly communicated by Nostrale, which reserves the right to propose to the Customer to modify the order placed or to cancel it, in the latter case returning any amount paid by the Customer in the immediately following days and in any case within a maximum of 14 days from the payment date.
- Price and shipping costs
The prices of the products published in the "Shop" section of the site include VAT, but do not include any taxes, duties and taxes applicable in the country of destination of the Products (where this is different from Italy), which will be charged to the Customer.
Therefore, Nostrale reserves the right to modify the prices of the products listed on the site at any time. However, any changes to product prices will not be effective for customers who have already forwarded an order.
The price for the purchase of the products does not include shipping costs which will be visible or communicated separately to the product price. - *Shipping Times
All orders will be shipped by courier in 2/3 working days from receipt of the order. Any delays in delivery will not be attributable to Nostrale.
Invoices will be issued exclusively in electronic format and only for each order of the Customer who has contacted the administrative office of Nostrale making an explicit request. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. No variation in the invoice will be possible after its issuance, except in the case of error or omission attributable to Nostrale. When placing the order, it is necessary to indicate whether the shipping address is different from the billing address and possibly the name of a person delegated to receive delivery of the Products.
In the event that the Customer chooses not to enter his tax code or VAT number, Nostrale will not issue an invoice, nor will he certify the payment by issuing a receipt or tax receipt pursuant to art. 22, paragraph 1 of Presidential Decree 633/72 and art. 2, lit. oo) Presidential Decree 696/96.
