Acetaia Castelli's QUERCIA ORO is a particularly full-bodied Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, with a density of 1.35 (71° brix) and a marked tendency towards sweetness balanced by the right acidity. It comes from a blend of cooked Lambrusco grape must and wine vinegar. Quercia Oro is aged in oak barrels for at least 3 years according to the PGI specifications

Appearance Clear, bright and dense. Intense brown colour. Persistent, intense and sweet, slightly vinegary smell. Sweet, balanced, fruity flavour.

Excellent on raw vegetables, grilled meats and aged cheeses.
