Sweet and Sour Peach Dressing 200ml

Peach agrodenso is a 100% natural condiment made with concentrated peach juice and peach vinegar. The recipe for its preparation is the same as for the preparation of a balsamic vinegar: the fruit is cooked and once reduced and thickened, it is "cut" with peach juice.

Directions for use: This dressing is ideal for dressing salads, as a finishing touch on risottos, garnishing fruit salads, on ice cream. Excellent as an accompaniment to mature cheeses and carpaccio of cured meats and fish.

No sugars, colorings or thickeners are added to the recipe.
