Nerone is a young, dense and very black balsamic condiment, with a marked note of sweetness. It is produced with the must of the last harvest using Lambrusco, Ancellotta (particularly black) and Spergola (particularly sweet) grapes. Its density is achieved only and exclusively with long cooking.
Suggested use: It pairs perfectly with mature cheeses, particularly tasty meats, fresh fruit and desserts.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, wine vinegar.
Contains no colorants, preservatives or thickeners. Contains SULPHITES .
