Pesto with Genoese DOP basil in Anfosso extra virgin olive oil is the main condiment of the Ligurian gastronomic tradition. It is prepared with Genoese DOP basil and processed according to the original recipe of Genoese pesto.

  • Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil 57%, semi-processed Genoese DOP basil (Genoese DOP basil 63%, extra virgin olive oil, salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid) 20%, cashews , vegetable fibre, Grana Padano DOP ( milk , rennet, salt, lysozyme: egg protein), pine nuts, salt, garlic, acidifier: lactic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.
