Our artisanal pizza bases are thin, crispy, and perfect for a light and delicious pizza. The long maturation and leavening of the dough , lasting at least 30 hours, ensures highly digestible bases with the ideal consistency. The addition of extra virgin olive oil adds aroma, fragrance, and authentic flavor. Each base is rolled out by hand , respecting the finest artisanal tradition.

Our pre-cooked pizza bases are ready to be filled with your favorite ingredients and baked in the oven at 230° for about 5 minutes, until golden brown.
