- Spaghetti Canossa pasta 500gr.
- Basil pesto without garlic Il Bottaccio 100gr.
- Basil EVO Oil 250ml.
Method:
- Cook the Canossa spaghetti in plenty of salted water.
- When cooked, keep half a glass of cooking water (it will be rich in starch and will help you cream the pasta with the pesto)
- Drain the spaghetti and season them with the natural basil pesto, adding the previously saved cooking water.
- Plate up the spaghetti and finish with a drizzle of basil oil for an incomparable scent.
