The caramelized taste of the red onion blends perfectly with the aromas of the balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP

It can be combined with medium or long-aged cheeses. Ideal for foie gras, raw fish, grilled tuna, raw meat, boiled meats and cheeses.

Ingredients: Red onions 60%, sugar, Barbera d'Alba DOC wine, extra virgin olive oil, “Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP”, salt. May contain traces of celery.
