Orange Sweet and Sour Dressing 200ml

Orange agrodenso is a 100% natural condiment made with concentrated orange juice and orange must, grape juice to balance the acidity. The recipe for its preparation is the same as for the preparation of a balsamic vinegar: the fruit is cooked and once reduced and thickened, it is "cut" with orange vinegar and grape juice to balance the acidity.

Directions for use This dressing is ideal for dressing salads, finishing risottos, garnishing fruit salads, on ice cream. Excellent with aged cheeses and cured meat carpaccio.
