The Barricato White Condiment is an aromatic and slightly colored product thanks to a refinement time in barrels of different woods (oak, cherry and mulberry), and a higher density (1.29) compared to the White Condiment.

Usage tips: Bianco Barricato balsamic dressing is particularly suitable for dressing summer salads and fish, both cooked and raw, and is sought after by customers who do not want to “stain” their dishes and add a more aromatic taste to them. Also excellent for sautéing vegetables, creating sweet and sour marinades and finishing grilled meat and fish.
