Pasta di Canossa

Fusilli Pasta di Canossa are produced with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina : the wheat is grown on the Cuniola Estate in San Martino in Ferrara.
The best wheat is selected, grown and processed, production is carried out at km 0: the result is a high quality pasta.

A rough and porous artisanal pasta, with a consistency that holds up perfectly to cooking, light ochre in colour, characteristics given by the use of semi-wholemeal semolina and bronze drawing in addition to slow drying at low temperatures that varies from 16 to 22 hours depending on the format.

Directions for use: The particular tapered shape of Fusilli, makes the pasta absorb the sauce perfectly, collecting all the flavor. Excellent for tomato-based sauces, ragù, with vegetables.
