Characteristics: Tumaì di Anfosso Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a golden yellow color with light green hues. Its aroma is fine and harmonious, with light vegetal notes of wild herbs; its taste is an oil with a broad and complex flavor, rich in tones of artichoke and green tomato.
Production method: Continuous cycle mill/Cold processing.
Directions for use: it is ideal on salads, both raw and cooked fish, on pizza, to season raw cold and hot dishes with a delicate structure.
