Pacchero di Pasta di Canossa is produced with 100% Italian semi-whole durum wheat semolina: the wheat is grown and processed in the Cuniola Estate in San Martino di Ferrara. The best wheat is selected, grown and processed, production is carried out at km 0, the result is a high quality pasta.
Pasta di Canossa is a rough and porous artisanal pasta, with a consistency that holds up perfectly to cooking, light ochre in colour, characteristics of the bronze drawing and slow drying (14-22 hours).
Directions for use: The particular internal ridges and the design of the shape ensure that the pasta absorbs the sauce perfectly. Paccheri pair with any ingredient, from fish to meat, from vegetables to cheeses.
