The "Traditional or Classic" panettone is handcrafted with the use of high quality raw materials and mother yeast which combines that particular taste and softness. Inside the quintessential leavened product, as tradition dictates, a cascade of RAISINS and tasty CANDIES give the product a delicate and light taste.

Panificio Fantuzzi, winner of the first prize "best oven panettone" at Bakery 3.0 2018 in Milan, 2nd place in 2019 and 1st place again in 2020.

In 2021 he ranks 6th in the Lugano world cup at the international event of the "best panettone in the world".
