Homemade Panettone soaked in Spritz. 500gr. Borgo de' Medici

The artisan panettone with a very soft dough compared to the traditional one, is soaked with the famous Spritz aperitif. This creates a very interesting combination, as often happens when sweets are combined with liqueurs.

A dessert to be served slightly warm to bring out its aromas and flavors at the end of a meal, or to be discovered during an aperitif, served toasted to accompany a good platter of cold cuts and cheeses.
