The Pennette Rigate Pasta di Canossa are produced with 100% Italian semi-whole durum wheat semolina: the wheat is grown and processed in the Tenuta Cuniola pasta factory in San Martino, in Ferrara. The best wheat is selected, grown and processed, production is carried out at km 0, the result is a high quality pasta.

Pasta di Canossa is a rough and porous artisanal pasta, with a consistency that holds up perfectly to cooking, light ochre in colour, characteristics of the bronze drawing and slow drying.

Directions for use: The particular ridges and design of the format mean that Pennette absorb the dressing perfectly. They are excellent for making pasta salads, with seasonal vegetable sauces or with a traditional tomato meat ragù.
