Pesto with Genoese DOP basil without garlic in Anfosso extra virgin olive oil represents the most delicate form of the typical Ligurian sauce. It is the ideal pesto for those who do not like garlic, even children.

Suggested use: Ideal for seasoning Trofie, lasagna, but also for adding flavour to vegetables, for example sautéed courgettes, on fish or a caprese.
