In Tenuta Margherita The rough rice, or paddy rice, after being stored in silos for about 60 days, enters our rice mill. After various stages of processing, the brown rice undergoes only 2 passages inside our Minghetti “Amburgo” type conical whiteners.
The rice, thanks to this old processing method, is only caressed, keeping all the organoleptic and nutritional properties intact.
Every grain that comes out of our rice mill is superior in everything.
