Our artisanal Tuscan schiacciata is soft and airy on the inside and crispy on the outside, just as tradition demands. The highly hydrated dough and the maturation and leavening for at least 30 hours make the schiacciata light, fragrant, and highly digestible . The use of extra virgin olive oil enhances the aroma and flavor, while the hand-rolling process guarantees the typical quality of artisanal production.

Our pre-cooked schiacciate are ready to be filled with your favorite ingredients and baked at 230° for about 5 minutes, until golden brown.
