Description
SEPP'Manufaktur® herb-cured speck is made from pork ham (Vulkanland pigs / AMA quality mark) and is dry-cured using the traditional method with salt and natural spices for about 10 days in the mountain air, lightly smoked, and aged for at least 6 months. After curing, this specialty is washed, dried, and covered with fragrant South Tyrolean mountain herbs.
