Description

Our SEPP-Manufaktur® wild boar salami is made of 20% wild boar and the rest pork (Vulkanland pork / AMA quality mark). It is stuffed into artificial casings and air-dried for at least five weeks. The high percentage of wild boar in this salami makes it the ideal specialty for those who love the intense aroma of game. The pork also makes it particularly juicy.

Service Tip

As a classic Austrian snack with cheese, bread, and pickles, or as a picnic during a hike with panoramic mountain views. Remove the artificial casing before eating.

Ingredients : Pork (Volcano Country Pig / AMA Quality Seal)*, Wild Boar (Game), Salt, Spices, Dextrose, Flavorings, Seasoning (corn-based), Natural Flavorings, Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate; Spice Extract, Preservative: Sodium Nitrite.

To produce 100 g of the final product, the following ingredients were used: 129 g of pork, 35 g of wild boar meat.
