Balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI QUERCIA ROSSA is a product with a low density, about 1.24 (52° brix) and a slightly sour taste. It is born from a mixture of cooked grape must and wine vinegar.

Chemical/physical characteristics: Acidity: ≥ 6% Density: ≈ 1.24 BRIX ≈ 52° 

Aging: 1 year in oak barrels

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Clear and brilliant appearance, intense brown color. Persistent, intense and balsamic aroma. Decisive, sweet and sour flavor.

WHERE AND HOW TO USE IT: Ideal for seasoning salads and vegetables in general.
