Giardiniera of vegetables in extra virgin olive oil 280gr

Giardiniera by Gustami Gourmet Food is preserved in 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil with freshly processed vegetables. The vegetables are blanched to the right point, so that they remain crunchy.

Ingredients: Celery, carrots, cauliflower, fennel, pepper, onion (in variable quantities), extra virgin olive oil, white vinegar, sugar, sea salt.

Suggested use: It pairs easily with traditional cured meats, cheeses but also with meat and fish main courses.
