SILVER OAK is a full-bodied product, with a density of 1.29 (61° brix) with the right balance between sour and sweet. It comes from a blend of cooked grape must and wine vinegar. Aged in oak barrels.

Ageing: 2 years in barrels and aging in oak barrels

Shelf life: Highly storable (10 years) PH and sugar concentration are natural obstacles to the development of unwanted bacteria.

  • ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Appearance clear and bright, intense brown color. Persistent, intense and sweet, slightly vinegary bouquet. Balanced sweet taste, sweet and sour hints of wood.
  • WHERE AND HOW TO USE IT:

Excellent on salads and raw vegetables. Thanks to its density, in the kitchen it goes perfectly with meats and cheeses.
