The balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP QUERCIA ROSSA is a full-bodied product, with a density of 1.24 (52° brix) with a slightly unbalanced sour taste. It comes from a blend of cooked grape must and wine vinegar.

Aging: 1 year in oak barrels

Shelf life: Highly storable (10 years) PH and sugar concentration are natural obstacles to the development of unwanted bacteria.

  • ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Appearance clear and bright, intense brown colour. Persistent, intense and balsamic bouquet. Strong, sweet and sour flavour.
