Characteristics: The taste is light fruity, obtained from ripe olives expertly harvested at the right time.
A yellow extra virgin olive oil with green reflections, which is light, harmonious and balanced, with hints of ripe olives.

Directions for use: Classico is ideal for dressing mixed salads and seasonal vegetables, or for use in pinzimonio with artichokes and vegetables.
Also excellent to accompany chickpea or legume soups.
