Characteristics: The taste is light fruity, thanks to the ripe olives harvested at the right time. An extra virgin olive oil of yellow color with green reflections, which is light, harmonious and balanced, with hints of ripe olive.

Suggested Use: Due to its characteristics, VERUM is ideal for dressing mixed salads and seasonal vegetables, or for use in dips with fresh vegetables. Also excellent for dressing pasta dishes, as a finishing touch on pizza, focaccia and bruschetta.
