Tuscan IGP Almond Cantucci – Masoni, 250 g or 400 g

Typical Tuscan almond rusks, twice-baked and cut into oblique slices to achieve the perfect crunch. Their IGP certification sets them apart from anything else sold under the same name without origin and recipe requirements. Masoni produces them in Siena with eggs, whole unblanched almonds, and a double-baking process, available in 250 g or 400 g packages.

How to enjoy them

The classic way is to dip them in Vin Santo: leave them in the glass for three or five seconds, keeping the dry side facing up. They also pair well with an espresso, black tea, or hot milk. Serve at room temperature.
