Alica's Mezzi Paccheri Rigati are a short, generous pasta shape, typical of Southern Italian tradition, made with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and bronze-drawn at the Lucanian pasta factory in Tito Scalo.

The pronounced ridges are designed to hold rich sauces such as Neapolitan ragù, Genovese, or swordfish and eggplant-based condiments.

Slow drying at low temperatures preserves the wheat's aroma and ensures it holds its shape during cooking, for a dish with a strong, Mediterranean character. 500g pack.
