Carnaroli is the rice par excellence, unique in its kind, with large, firm and whole grains, suitable for the preparation of gourmet risottos and salads.

At Tenuta Margherita Raw rice, or paddy rice, after being stored in silos for about 60 days, enters the rice mill. After various processing phases, the brown rice undergoes only 2 steps inside our “Amburgo” Minghetti conical whiteners.
Thanks to this old second-grade stone-processing method, the rice is only caressed, keeping all its organoleptic and nutritional properties intact.
Every grain that leaves the Margherita rice mill is superior in every way.
