 Why choose Carnaroli for risotto
Carnaroli has large, firm grains that hold up well during cooking and remain al dente. This is why it is the preferred rice for a creamy, well-finished risotto.

Stone-milled and Italian origin
The rice is grown at the Tenuta Margherita, on approximately 300 hectares cultivated in Italy. After about 60 days of storage in silos, the paddy rice goes to the rice mill and undergoes only 2 passes through Minghetti "Hamburg" conical polishers. It is a slow stone-milling process that leaves the grains whole and preserves their nutritional properties. The rice has an amber color and a good flavor.
