At Tenuta Margherita Raw rice, or paddy rice, after being stored in silos for about 60 days, enters our rice mill. After various processing phases, the brown rice undergoes only 2 steps inside our “Amburgo” Minghetti conical whiteners.
Thanks to this old processing method, the rice is only caressed, keeping all its organoleptic and nutritional properties intact.
