Preparation instructions

1. In a pan, brown the contents of the package with a tablespoon of oil for about one minute over medium heat, stirring. Deglaze with white wine and allow it to evaporate. (1 minute)
2. Gradually add 650 ml of hot water a little at a time and, stirring continuously, allow the water to be absorbed until the desired consistency is reached (about 17 min). (17 minutes)
3. When almost cooked, stir in a knob of butter and Parmesan, adding salt to taste.
